We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation

• Custom or cut fabrics are non-cancellable once processing begins.

2. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of fabric being cut to order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

• To request a refund for defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.

• Video of Opening the parcel is must, in case of any complaint for exchange. 

3. Exchange Process

• You will be required to courier the originally received material to the given address given to by  an exchange representative and after receiving the courier form you we will evaluate your exchange.

• Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days .
